Those not blessed w/ enough money or insurance (we're joking there, we know that insurance never pays enough) to have their mental illness taken care of, who end up self-medicating w/ alcohol & other drugs not approved of by society on skid row should just stay the fuck down there, surrounded by the rest of life's losers.
