He means it Rodney!Former KROQ-FM radio personality Rodney “Rodney on the ROQ” Bingenheimer and the estate of the late record producer Kim Fowley were identified in new court papers Thursday as defendants in a lawsuit filed by Runaways co-founder Kari Krome, who alleges both sexually abused them when she was a minor.Krome’s Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit was originally filed Dec. 28 using anonymous names, but the full identifications of the parties are listed in the amended complaint brought Thursday.
Bingenheimer, known as the “Mayor of the Sunset Strip,” hosted “Rodney on the ROQ” on KROQ from 1976 to 2017. Bingenheimer was also owner of a popular nightclub, Rodney Bingenheimer’s English Disco. Bingenheimer now hosts a radio show on Little Steven’s Underground Garage channel on SiriusXM.
Fowley was a well-known record producer, songwriter and musician. He also managed The Runaways in the 1970s and died in 2015 at age 75. Joan Jett also was a member of the Runaways, who had a hit song, “Cherry Bomb.”
Representatives for Bingenheimer, 76, and Fowler could not be immediately reached.
The suit alleges that after grooming Krome and establishing what Krome believed to be a foundation of trust, Bingenheimer sexually assaulted her for the first time in his apartment when she was only 13 years old. The alleged molestation continued for months.
Bingenheimer introduced Krome to Fowley, who co-founded the all-girl band the Runaways with Krome, the suit states.
Shortly after signing Krome to a publishing deal on her 14th birthday, Fowley sexually assaulted Krome in his Los Angeles apartment and continued to molest her about six more times over the course of the next year, the suit alleges.
“I told people about these assaults when they happened and they didn’t want to hear it,” Krome said. “They didn’t want to hurt their careers, or they didn’t want to dispel their illusions about their idols.”
Krome’s suit alleges sexual assault and sexual battery. She seeks unspecified compensatory and punitive damages.

Now let's see how many stand-your-ground driveway shootings there are "as early as the Memorial Day weekend timeframe." (Paid by the word, J.G.?)The destruction of America’s founding principles, traditional culture, and system of government is not merely a “falling away” of where we once were, it is the intentional outcome of the 100+ year communist Movement and 60+ year Islamic Movement operating seamlessly at the ground level across the United States. This article comes from a lengthy report prepared by Understanding the Threat (UTT) which will be publicly available on our website UnderstandingtheThreat.com on April 26, 2023.
Understanding the Threat’s assessment of current events is this: The communist and Islamic Movements inside the United States are preparing for significant violence in the immediate future. The groups and leaders involved are making preparations and calling for targeted violence against Christian Patriots while government officials give the green light for violent action.
Like the violence in Minnesota following the death of George Floyd in the spring of 2020, which was predicted and briefed, violence will again be launched in the immediate future by the primary enemies of liberty in the United States – the communist Movement, the Islamic Movement, their collaborators, and their Financiers.
The lead elements will likely be activated under the auspices of the transgender agenda, but will have the full force of the entire communist-jihadi cabal behind it.
This violence may begin as early as the Memorial Day weekend timeframe.
During the last wave of significant violence across the United States (spring 2020), the enemies’ ground soldiers focused on destroying property in numerous communities. When that violence kicked off, pallets of water, milk, and bricks were prepositioned in nearly 2 dozen cities within approximatley 72 hours.
UTT assesses that during this next wave of violence, the enemies’ focus will be on targeted assassinations and larger scale killings. Our adversaries may also move to bring the entire Republic down if it feels it can achieve that goal and the right moment of opportunity presents itself.
Previously, they targeted property. Now they are targeting people.
Targets will likely include Christian Patriots, especially leaders of Patriot causes in communities.

The Xian future:Members of Congress are more Christian — and more religious — than the American public by wide margins, according to an analysis of data reviewed by Axios.
Why it matters: The discrepancy — a trend also present in state legislatures — provides a window into why policies and debates on abortion, LGBTQ rights and other issues often don't reflect what Americans want.
- It also shows how the nation's two-party system, with its partisan primaries, favors candidates who openly profess a faith — even as the number of people unaffiliated with a religion is growing.

He had "no idea". Is this why "law-abiding citizens" need to be packing everywhere they go? The meat dep't. may be closed?REPUBLIC, Mo. — On April 18, Republic Police Department officers were called to a Price Cutter to respond to a call about a robbery in which a man held an employee at gunpoint so that he would be served meat.Larry Gene Gay, 70, of Springfield, is charged with one felony count of unlawful use of a weapon and a felony count of armed criminal action.
Court documents show that officers responded to the scene and ordered Gay to get out of his truck so they could arrest him. After he was taken into custody, an officer removed a loaded semi-automatic pistol with a bullet in the chamber from Gay’s hip holster.
In an interview, Gay said he went to Price Cutter to buy steaks. He told the “good man” who was helping him that they needed to weigh the steaks. However, the meat department was closed. Gay said at that point, he showed his gun “Just to say I’m not stealing. I need you here to help me to get a couple of these steaks. I’m not going to hurt you.”
The officer asked Gay why he thought the people in the store called police and told them he was threatening them with his gun.
“I don’t know,” Gay said in the interview. “I have no idea.”
The employee said he received a call from the meat department about a man packing his own meat. The employee approached Gay and told him that he could not be there. Gay got upset and said he was going to keep doing what he was doing. The employee said he was not going to help him with the meat.
“Once he held the gun to my throat — pushed it into my throat — I decided to comply,” the employee told police.
At the time of this writing, Gay was being held at the Greene County Jail on a $50,000 bond. He has not yet been scheduled for a court appearance.

Stop covering up the raping, too.A creepy note left at the Maine home where a man is accused of murdering his parents and their two friends this week has provided insight into a potential motive behind the grisly crime.Authorities say they recovered an unsigned note on a kitchen island at the murder scene that claimed someone had been molested, “but there was nothing done about it.” The note also mentioned wanting to be “freed from pain.”
NEW ORLEANS (AP) — A federal judge donated tens of thousands of dollars to New Orleans’ Roman Catholic archdiocese and consistently ruled in favor of the church amid a contentious bankruptcy involving nearly 500 clergy sex abuse victims, The Associated Press found, an apparent conflict that could throw the case into disarray.Confronted with AP’s findings, which have not been previously reported, U.S. District Judge Greg Guidry abruptly convened attorneys on a call last week to tell them his charitable giving “has been brought to my attention” and he is now considering recusal from the high-profile bankruptcy he oversees in an appellate role.
“Naturally,” Guidry told them, “I will take no further action in this case until this question has been resolved.”
AP’s reporting on Guidry and other judges in the New Orleans bankruptcy underscores how tightly woven the church is in the city’s power structure, a coziness perhaps best exemplified when executives of the NFL’s New Orleans Saints secretly advised the archdiocese on public relations messaging at the height of its clergy abuse crisis.
It also comes at a fraught moment when attorneys in the bankruptcy are seeking to unseal a trove of thousands of secret church documents produced by lawsuits and an ongoing FBI investigation of clergy abuse in New Orleans going back decades. Guidry had rebuffed at least one such request to unseal some of the documents.

Great American parenting there. The chicken really came home to roost.BOWDOIN, Maine (AP) — A man confessed to killing four people, including his parents, and then firing on motorists on a busy interstate highway, just days after being released from prison, police said Wednesday.Law enforcement officials released more information including identities of the victims of the shootings Tuesday at a home in Bowdoin and 25 miles (40 kilometers) to the south on the highway in Yarmouth, Maine.
Joseph Eaton, 34, had been released Friday from the Maine Correctional Center in Windham, where he was picked up by his mother after completing a sentence for aggravated assault, police said. That crime was serious enough to prevent him from possessing a gun in Maine.
The shootings in Maine began in the small town of Bowdoin, where four people were killed Tuesday, with three bodies discovered in a home and one in a barn, police said. Then a chaotic scene developed in which shots were fired at vehicles on Interstate 295 over 20 miles (32 kilometers) away in the community of Yarmouth, police said. Three people were shot there, and one remained in critical condition Wednesday.
