Mon. Music Mash-Up Madness

One never knows what may be found when looking for a nostalgic wallow.
Bay Area BÖC jam band Flaming Telepaths plays the BÖC classic like you've never heard before. Jeff Zittrain - guitar, vcl; Rob Rothfarb - bass, vcl; Sam Zabor - drums, vcl; Eric Schultz - sax, snaps
When exactly did the collective we run out of original ideas? (Did anyone notice or was something shiny & noisy distracting us all?) Not to say this is intolerable or not fun & clever.

On the other hand, "Bay Area BOC [sic] jam band"?!? How niche-y can it get? Pretty soon bands will be playing for world-wide iNternet audiences composed only of their family & any friends whose own family members aren't in bands. Another reason to despise technological democracy.

OK, I know you're way more literate than I am (Really. Way better read, edamacated, and you have probably forgotten more about music than I've ever known), but why is that SIC

Just Being A Big Jerk Editor:
No dieresis on the O. (Wasn't going to cover for them forever; already had to change "vox" to "vcls" in the blockquote & add the dieresis there.)

Far as edumacation, I haven't graduated from any institution higher than eighth grade. Attendance doesn't mean apprehension, just grammar pedantry & assholery.

And if only I'd bothered to learn "music" rather than show biz.
