Man and woman hospitalized after shooting between boat and jet skis on St. Johns River, deputies sayASTOR, Fla. — A man and a woman were shot after an altercation between people on a boat and jet skis on the St. Johns River on Saturday, according to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.

Lake County deputies responded along with deputies from the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office and officers from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission.
The two people who were shot in the incident were airlifted to a hospital for treatment with life-threating [sic] injuries, deputies said.
Deputies said three people are in custody, including one person who was taken to a hospital for medical issues.
