No Subsidy For Parasite Landlord

Rudely awakened for a virtual housing inspection at 0815. Piece of shit landlord has done nothing in a fucking month to remediate the lack of hot water & ungrounded electrical outlets. I will see his bitch ass in hell, if I can't get him deported to the shithole he's from. Which punishment best fits the crime, eletrocution, or being boiled alive? Either one works for me.
