Apparently these guys are in short supply, the truck driving schools having closed during the worst of the plague.Per an NHK tourism program on cute Japanese railroads, there was a shortage of truckers in Nippon even pre-plague, due to the population aging, which has led Japan Rail to run more freight trains.
