What Makes Us LOL

Wandering the official L.A.P.D.® website ("site donated by: los angeles POLICE FOUNDATION," we kid you not.) saw this & hooted, more from schadenfreude than amusement.

People whose constitutional rights were abused (Y'know, murdered, beaten w/in an inch of their lives, the usual litany of ... what can we call it ... is ritualized police murder too strong a phrase?) were probably not amused, even after compensation.
