Not to pile on (much) but what exactly has been the effect inside Arizona, if the stupid bastard is being elected over & over? (Elected to a fifth term in November.) Why do these reports never come out soon enough to affect elections? The Goldwater Inst. report is dated 2 December 2008. They couldn't have put it out a couple of mos. earlier, to bring about democratic change? Guess not. Assholes.
