Looks as if they just stand there until they interfere w/ construction or street renovation/re-routing..
Every day at noon, back when I was growing up. Kids these days don't have a clue ('though there are still more than enough nukes on this planet to give "civilization" a bad millennium or two).
Is that one of those civil defense things? I pass one all the time at the corner of PCH and Sunset. I always thought it was there to warn us about tsunamis.

OK, I'm confused. (So?) Is it Untitled or is it № 138? (Yeah, I saw the siren was № 138. That works.)
