Six Of One, Half A Dozen Of Another

Planet continues spinning on axis, rotating around sun; six months pass like nothing ... maybe if there were more seasons than humid/not-as-humid it would feel as if something has happened ...

That may be Arizona's weather, not ours. Is it a "dry" heat?

Low 80s here now.

You probably don't want our heat...

Is it a "dry" heat?

Yeah, that way when they find your body out in the desert it's well mummified.

Yeah, let's blame Arizona, we can blame them for all sorts of stuff already.

Yesterday was a weird anomaly -- almost a record. Oregon winters are wet, but starting right about now we will get no, or almost no, rain until October. Except the occasional thunderstorm in the mountains (that will then spark forest fires, yay). But it still shouldn't have been as hot as it was. Today's s'posed to be a much more normal 80. Perfect to go to the college wooden-bat league game tonight and watch the fireworks show they put on every year around this time. Yay, beer and hotdogs!
