I'm still waiting for brother Ed to get a larger audience than the 50 of so people who still watch MSNBC. My friends at BBC won't even source them anymore, as they've no credibility left.
Brother Ed isn't the issue here. If we cut the clip so that Plain & Beck stand & speak w/o editorializing from "real American" Ed, is it still a credibility issue? Or do you question the credibility of recordings?
