Halloween made demands?
Long-Suffering Editor:Demands (which we always interpret as impositions of the worst kind) are constantly being made on us, & we're getting pretty damn tired of them!!It also seemed an imposition to attempt to identify the spider.
I especially liked the person passed out on the fence. Definitely seems in the spirit of things lately.Oh, and what or why are there bands around the tree trunk.?
Arboreal Ed.:Were totally going for the tree, guy "resting" was a bonus. And that's an ersatz tree, 'though the purpose of the bands is a mystery. Maybe for flexibility in an earthquake, maybe just an aesthetic move by the builder/creator.
