Did you take that?

Also...your blog loads really funny for me. It tends to be laggy. Any chance it's from your fancy backgrounds? (Which are, btw, extremely distracting.)

Photo Ed. Said:

It is (the picky & hurried advise) probably because of the RSS bog-roll feed, & the number of videos we run.

(Now, who could we de-list?)

We indeed took that all by ourself. (If it isn't news or credited, we probably took it.) Just stared at the sun & snapped. Gave the tree an interesting look, eh?

I was going to guess it was the moon, the moon could have given you a pic like that last night with the right (or wrong) exposure.

Night Hawk Editor Reports (From The Diner):

Sadly, the JAB™ camera devil-box is for shit at night. We'd have to use the tripod to get steady shots.

One or two more moon-shots to come.

Editor Is Impervious:

Flattery is futile.

Real question: Crop the stuff at upper right?

Here's a cropped version.

Better/worse? If only we had a machine that could make these decisions for us...

At long last, sir, do you not have your own web log to uglify?*

Being used to eyepieces rather than monster visiplates on the back of he camera, we usually shoot large & crop; had we been seriously framing (rather than devoting part of the brain to not-careening down the hillside) we would've included those branches right out.

Working from the orig., we would've cropped at the top, & not as much on the side.

But even turning the machine on is an imposition.

*We kid because we have deep-seated issues. Free work always accpteed.
