Opium farmers in Afghanistan are still selling their harvest to smugglers at a weekly market in Helmand province, the country's opium heartland.
Smoked allegedly Afghani opiated hashish 50+ yrs. ago; coughed like hell & could barely climb some stairs & walk the four blks. home before falling asleep for 13 hrs. Could come in handy in today's tense times.
