Did the victim start his mouth going about his being a cop & you'd better back off, dude? I know I'd find that kind of chicken-shittery under color of authority especially irksome.

The beater here sounds like another of America's real winners (Two wrongs make an awful species.) but water finds its own level, no surprise punk-ass chumps prone to violence (& their short-tempered opposite numbers from the civilian world) would be hanging out in a dump like "the St. John's Express restaurant in Ozone Park." Imagine: An entire restaurant filled w/ douche-bag morons, all probably screaming "Where's my mother-fucking iced tea, fiucking mother-fucker?" Then imagine a meteor hitting it. Or a police helicopter, Glasgow-style. That'd be a Happy Xmas. Ho ho ho.
