We hope this was posing & Ms. Cali didn't actually wind up & attempt to throw while in three-&-a-half inch (minimum) heels.
Likewise Ms. F-L-A & Ms. W-A; at least their wedgies provide a more stable platform.
(Amazing howmuch materialmany items can be runwe can extract from one stupid slideshow.)

Those are more like 5 inch heels.
And if she really did throw it, she can beat Randy Johnson any day.
(as a woman of a certain age, I cannot imagine how anyone could wear such ugly-ass shoes. But, hey, I'm an old bag now.)
