David Cenciotti says it's the real deal. The pilot was Rafa Al-Farani (KIA). He was flying a memorial pass for another Libyan pilot killed in a crash a few days ago (which is why people were filming). Hard to say what caused the crash, but it looks like some kind of loss of control issue.
