Where Credit Is Due

Good line from one of the busboys doing waiters' work at The Daily Dish while Sullivan is off at his "summer home:"
When the Mormon President, the church's "prophet, seer, and revelator," speaks, what Mormons are required to believe changes. Mormonism is the Etch-a-Sketch American religion. Whatever you make of it, I think it tells us as much as we are likely to know about Romney's inner life.

In my last line of bidness, I did some work with seniors and Alzheimer care facilities in Utah.

The Mormons I dealt with were basically a corporation. Even when they were actually employees of different, competing corporations.

I'm sure they kicked, scratched, and bit each other when it cames to intramural scrimmages, but as an outsider from a financial company (that was needed for loans!), I was well-loved even when asking annoying questions at a cross-town rival.

So you can imagine what they said about you behind your back.

P.S.: Show bidness advises never say "last." It's always your "most recent" album, gig, job.
