This is the part (the conclusion) where I peter out, having nothing funny or, really, anything at all, because what the fuck else can I say about any of this rancid garbage that some other buffon hasn't typed twice already?WASHINGTON (KTRK) -- Listeria bacteria was found in Blue Bell ice cream's Oklahoma plant as far back as March 2013. That's according to test results released Thursday by the government.
The company continued to ship ice cream produced in that plant after what the FDA said was inadequate cleaning.
Three deaths are now linked to the ice cream, and the company recalled all of its products last month.

The Food and Drug Administration released results of investigations into Blue Bell's plants in Oklahoma, Texas and Alabama. The most extensive violations were found in Oklahoma, where the FDA listed 16 separate positive tests for listeria on equipment and in ice cream from March 2013 through January 2015.
Blue Bell spokesman Joe Robertson issued this statement regarding the FDA report on positive listeria tests on surfaces in 2013:
"Several swab tests did show the presence of listeria on non-food surfaces in Blue Bell's Broken Arrow plant in 2013. As is standard procedure for any such positive results, the company would immediately clean the surfaces and swab until the tests were negative. We thought our cleaning process took care of any problems, but in hindsight, it was not adequate, which is why we are currently conducting such a comprehensive re-evaluation of all our operations."

(WXYZ) - A Michigan resident has died due to a listeria outbreak in Dole packaged salads, according the the Centers for Diseased Control. According to the CDC, the salads have been recalled.
Since September 2015, the CDC has been collaborating with public health officials in several states and the Food and Drug Administration to investigate the multi-state listeria outbreak.
According to the CDC, the outbreak came from packaged salads produced at the Dole processing facility in Springfield, Ohio and were sold under various brand names.
In all, 12 people have been infected with the outbreak in six states. Four people from Michigan were also infected and all 12 reported being hospitalized. According to the CDC, the ages of those infected range from 3 years old to 83 years old.
The CDC recommends that consumers do not eat, and restaurants and retailers do not sell packaged salads at the Dole facility in Springfield, Ohio.
Production of the salads has been stopped at the Springfield facility in Springfield on Jan. 21.
The salads were sold under various brand names, including Dole, Fresh Selections, Simple Truth, Marketside, The Little Salad Bar and President's Choice.
The packaged salads can be identified by the letter "A" at the beginning of the manufacturing code found on the package.
According to the CDC, there is no evidence that packaged salads produced at other Dole facilities are linked to listeria.

"We don't need no stinkin' regulations," CEO & President A. Hitler concluded.
is a big contributor to, shall we say, reactionary causes.HOUSTON - Blue Bell says it is temporarily ceasing operations while workers undergo new system training.
Blue Bell has been producing ice cream this week for testing only. This will end on Friday and the ice cream will not be sold.
Starting Monday, the plant will be training employees at all four Blue Bell locations on new, intense cleaning procedures. The plant will not be producing ice cream during this time. It is unclear how long the training will take.
There is not a timeline for when Blue Bell products will be back on the shelves. "We've always worked to make the very highest quality ice cream," said Blue Bell CEO and President Paul Kruse. "We intend to make a fresh start and that begins with intensive cleaning and enhanced training. This is a paradigm shifting event at Blue Bell and we want to put in place new systems to drive continuous improvement."

The Houston Chronicle has a convenient timeline of nausea-induction for those w/ any interest. (Ours is certainly flagging.) Also, Jesus, we guess because they're triple-murderers & worse.A private laboratory has linked a deadly strain of listeria to a Blue Bell plant in Alabama, providing the first evidence that all three of the ice cream maker's production facilities distributed contaminated products.
The lab tested a half gallon of Cookies 'n Cream on behalf of Brent McRae, a Florida man recovering from a suspected bout of meningitis.
