America's Young Eat It

Meet the compassionate little shits who, before you know it, will be bitching & moaning about old people & their "free" Medicare.
A new study by the American Red Cross obtained exclusively by The Daily Beast found that a surprising majority—almost 60 percent—of American teenagers thought things like water-boarding or sleep deprivation are sometimes acceptable. More than half also approved of killing captured enemies in cases where the enemy had killed Americans. When asked about the reverse, 41 percent thought it was permissible for American troops to be tortured overseas. In all cases, young people showed themselves to be significantly more in favor of torture than older adults.
Scab of a nation, driven insane, to coin a phrase.

Should we blame Cheney and company for doing it, or the New York Times and Washington Post for refusing to use the word "torture" when the crime is committed by us?

Isn't it video games?

In some seriousness, the little bastards seem to be all for it, no matter what the name.

Really starting to think that while there were many reasons for people to leave Europe & come to these shores, most of the reasons were pointed suggestions from the neighbors, large mobs of angry peasants, & bill collectors.
