I am heartened to hear that many of our military members are uncomfortable and disquieted by their explicit invocation of the end of days theology.. I firmly hope and believe that Trump's hastey agreement to a ceasefire is due, in part, by his military leadership telling him that they will not follow unlawful orders to commit war crimes by bombing civilian infrastructure and murdering civilians.
