Hemisphere Under Attack?

First NorCal, now a big one in Venezuela.Could be divine punishment. Not a nation or government that doesn't deserve to be beaten w/in a few centimeters of their vicious evil lives, at the least. Hell, collapse every damn structure on the planet, as if they were all Towers of Babel.
