Could Be Worse

Wasted time at a Home Despot today, where I was promised there were 15 of these in stock, yet there were none on the shelf in Aisle 37, Bay 008 where the other extension cords are.

See? "15 in stock at Sunset". Lying fucking bullshit.

However, yesterday I found two dollar bills. U.S., on a bus, in a seat just vacated by a student. I'm not a complete asshole, but she was already off the bus, which was moving, so I kept it. Perhaps now she'll learn not to stuff money carelessly in her hoodie pockets. Or won't even know/remember.

Today on the bus I found a working USB charger w/ cable, & decided not to give it to the bus driver for the lost & found but to be a selfish jerkwad like the rest of you & keep it.

Not that big a deal, as I don't need it, but beats a poke in the eye w/ a sharp stick. Thanks again, Home Doody. Wonder what would happen if I had that cord delivered? Or just fuck 'em, as I really only need a three or four ft. cord, but six is the shortest they have. Oversized Murkin oinkers.
