A Hard Rain?

As always, beaucoup boolsheet about the impending rain. Not that anything ever happens on the asphalt & concrete plains of the central city. Indeed, it's already been graphically downgraded from three drops on a cloud to two on a cloud on Microsoft's weather app. These clouds, blowing in around 1630, didn't impress this jaded reporter one bit.
