Fear & Anger are the only tools Rightwingers possess; the right's hatred of education means they know they have to target children and adults at every level of education and if that includes placing multiple Officers in schools to harass, target and ticket little kids (overwhelmingly minorities to be clear) it all part of the rightwing effort to destroy the Department of Education for Fun & Profit.
