Currently (1901–2099), the Julian calendar is 13 days behind the Gregorian calendar.shouldn't we have celebrated actual "actual" Dago Day 30 September?

Is Today Really Columbus Day?
Not just the "actual" vs. observed deal, but as 12 October 1492 was under the Julian calendar (not the current Gregorian one)
