Did three miles, 300 walkin’ jacks, 150 pushups, and 50 pullups in seventy-five minutes yesterday, did five miles, 500 walkin’ jacks, 300 pushups, and 100 pullups in just under one hundred minutes and I'm thinking I might just do seven miles tomorrow, 750, 500 & 200. There's a round (or two) of My Chi in there, and punches, haymakers and windmills count and jacks.
Come March I put the walkin' weights back on, do all that with thirty-five pounds, 3.5 wrist, 7 ankle and 14 torso.
