UPDATE (1115): Now the right-hand ring finger is swelling below the first joint.

GAH!!
If it isn't one thing, it's another. Left hand started to itch & swell about 2200 last night, by 1000 today the outer two fingers & most of the left side of the hand & the wrist were swollen to the point none of the usually visible veins & muscles are visible, so it's off to the emergency room. Hope I don't have to stay overnight.

Hand any better? Was going to recommend generous dose of Benadryl, followed by cannabis.
Been at emergency dep't. since 1230. They just took some blood.

I was advised I could take Benadryl for the itching, but the itching stopped once the paw was nicely swollen.
