Tactical Alert: Left the bunker about 1700, to be greeted by three LAPD SUVs whipping down the quiet residential street, Code 3 w/ lights & sirens. Minutes later a convoy of at least 20 police cars also at Code 3 went down Western Ave. w/ a car blocking traffic at Third St. so they could whip through the lights. This is all miles (kilometres) from where anything is happening.
