And commissioned by Congress, you say? The very same Congress that so loves bribes campaign contributions from defense contractors? Well I'll be damned, & possibly to a nuclear hell.

(Apparently Fri. will be "Day 666" of the current admin. Ominous portent? I certainly hope so.)
