We're always willing to blame simple & lunatic idiocy (& BB's known to "take a couple of pops," heh heh nudge snicker perfectly legal & acceptable) before thinking people need non-approved drugs to be/act like jerks, though they can help w/ pesky inhibitions.
We suspect it was staged. Andy may have been too plowed not to ++over-emote by the time everything was ready.
