Caught W/ Meat In Mouth, GOP Assemblyman Will Cost Orange County $330,000 To $440,000

Assemblyman Mike "I didn't do nuthin'!" Duvall had to resign from the Sacramento Boys Club for telling tales in class, but he didn't do it. Honest.

"I want to make it clear that my decision to resign is in no way an admission that I had an affair or affairs," Duvall said in a statement in his website. "My offense was engaging in inappropriate story-telling and I regret my language and choice of words. The resulting media coverage was proving to be an unneeded distraction to my colleagues and I resigned in the hope that my decision would allow them to return to the business of the state."

Duvall stepped down after legislative leaders stripped him of his committee posts and launched an ethics probe of his actions.

His votes in favor of spanking, adultery, & anything else favored by his (alleged) mistress(es)Sempra Energy, the employer of one of his lobbyist/mistresses, may also have the effect of harming many of his constituents, forced as they are to breathe the vile pollutants w/which Sempra Energy* blesses Southern California each day.
The use of sexual favors is just one more example of the tactics that energy companies and lobbyists have used to win favorable laws from lawmakers," said Kathay Feng, president of California Common Cause. As TV camera crews chased lawmakers through Capitol corridors for comment on the scandal Wednesday, the place was abuzz with gossip: other lawmakers with lobbyist mistresses, inappropriate invitations to romantic dinners, married legislators and industry officials canoodling at fundraisers and after-hours mixers. Duvall, some said, just happened to get caught.
Human life? A value can be placed on it. A chance to spank an adult almost twenty yrs. younger than you? Priceless. To hell w/ the voters, right?
Duvall joined other Republicans in voting several times this year against renewable energy measures opposed by Sempra Energy. The measures would require utilities to derive significantly more electricity from solar, wind, geothermal and other renewable energy sources by 2020.
One of the lowest forms of humanoid life is the insurance salesman, who enables & profits from the twisted desire to gamble on one's life, health, & property. So it's not very surprising that disgraced former Assemblyman Duvall sells the crap.

Assemblyman Duvall continues to own and operate a local insurance agency and understands what it takes to operate a small business in California’s strict regulatory environment. As the two-time President of the Yorba Linda Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Yorba Linda General Plan Steering Committee, he was a passionate defender of local businesses. Chapman University awarded Duvall the Ethics in America Award for his “demonstration of the highest standards of ethical integrity” while a member of the Chamber team.

Assemblyman Duvall lives in Yorba Linda with his wife Susan who runs a business employing hundreds of local residents. He has two grown children.

Ladies who've been naughty & don't mind a little punishment are encouraged to contact former Ass.-man Duvall for possible reductions in their insurance rates. Sempra Energy's webpage:Note that Sempra is "... working to provide clean power to North America, and developing and exploring generating electricity from energy resources such as solar energy and wind." Just don't pass any laws that make this actually happen, is that it? What Sempra has to say for itself in its Media Statement:
Sempra Energy Media Statement on Taping of Fmr. Assemblymember Duvall
Media Contact:Sempra Energy Public Relations (877) 866-2066 www.sempra.com

Sempra Energy today issued the following statement in response to numerous media inquiries regarding taped comments made last July by former California Assemblymember Michael Duvall:

Sempra Energy takes very seriously any reports involving the conduct of our employees. We are investigating this matter and the recent media reports that named one of our employees. The employee has denied the speculative media reports. Our investigation will be conducted to ensure not only that our policies on employee conduct are strictly adhered to, but also that our employee is treated fairly.

Now may we make the streets red w/ their blood? And if not now, when the fuck? *Technical legalities: From the fine print at the "Sempra Energy" site:
Sempra Generation, Sempra LNG, and Sempra Pipelines & Storage are not the same companies as San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) or Southern California Gas Co. (SoCalGas), and are not regulated by the California Public Utilities Commission. Privacy Policy | Legal Policy ©1998-2007 Sempra Energy®
No, no connection between these entities at all. The dedication of Sempra Energy to renewable, sustainable energy is apparent in their up-to date copyright, as well as their opposition to laws that favor their stated mission.
It really would be irresponsible not to speculate that Sempra Energy is little more than a lobbying front/brothel for plain old Sempra, the air polluters. (Regulated by the California Public Utilities Commission.)
The PUC may well need to be looked at. If Sempra Energy will pay whores to lobby sickening old pervs in the Assembly, what do you think SoCalGas or SDG&E would do to influence the PUC?

“Family Values” California state assemblyman representing Orange County, Republican Michael D. Duvall, resigns for apparently not cheating on his wife. Well you have to take his word for it, or maybe believe that hypocrisy has been bred in. In my opinion the Republican Party has been taken over the most extreme religious right (people who love to push their beliefs on others while trying to take away rights of those they just hate) and that’s who they need to extract from their party if you real want to win. Good Luck, because as they said in WACO, “We Ain’t Coming Out”.

There's other scumbags in the GOP besides the religious blight.

Take Bill Kristol, for instance. The "liberal' WaPoo pays him to write more trash about health care today.

In spite of the fact that he squandered any credibility on the subject back in the early '90s.

Confused Editor Wonders:

If, as Paul says, the GOP's already been "taken over" by the relgio-hypocrites, we don't see how the sane ones (It could happen!) are going to get rid of the less-sane. It might even be the other way around, the loons purging the sensible.

Kristol, as mentioned, not known for his religiosity (just his coward's bellicosity) but firmly on former Alaska Gov. Palin's side nonetheless.

Tension mounts. We must wait over a yr. to see how the 2010 election turns out, & what the Republiwonts do in reaction. That's when we'll see who has control, & what they'll have to control.

But let’s get back to the real problem of political corruption, does anyone think this will get investigated and that things he voted on will need to be affirmed by the remaining members or will nothing happen? Do I hear Tammy Wynette, “Stand By Your Man” playing in the background? I remember not so long ago that other Orange County song favorite, “Stand By Your Tan” (for Tan Nguyen). But that’s another Orange County fool.

Corrupt Editor Adds:

There were some statements about investigations to be made, but certainly a "sacred" vote will never be overturned.

And we think his wife tossed him out of the house, Tammy Wynette "D-I-V-O-R-C-E" style.
