Physics. Physics made all the bad things happen. It's the reason the "joyride:" or "nickel ride" became a part of police lexicon, if not procedure.
They are savages and asshole and need to be subjected to the same things they have inflicted on the people they are supposed to "Protect and Serve"
Also, that plate was subjected to a wagon ride. And now it is broken and dead.
