Had to visit the Home Despot again today, this time to replace an effin' nylon toilet seat bolt I cracked while tightening it after taking the seat off to clean the hinges. The bolts were there, 'though not in the promised bay. Out of morbid curiosity I checked for
the extension cord I'd wanted Wednes., & there was
one, in the wrong box. Figured it was wiser to go w/ six ft. than four & blew the US$2.25. Also found clips for co-ax cable in the same aisle & will be getting all the co-ax squared away. Should've bought kneepads, as my knees do not enjoy direct application to hardwood floor at all.
ICE or not, there were still six or seven vicious criminals sitting in the usual spot hoping for work.
On The Streets
The hell's w/ these things? They claim they're "On Duty", but just sit there. Starting to suspect something else is up.
Trouble At The Train
Arrived about 1530, stayed until a bit after 1600. Didn't see any smoke.
Not on the streets, kilt another damn roach w/ my flip-flop, but didn't arse myself to document it.
