"It's Lonesome In My Bedooom, Just Me And My Telephone"
This reporter saw Albert King & his Gibson Flying V at the Eagles' Auditorium in Seattle in '68 or '69. (I could look it up but it would make no difference to anyone or anything.) Did look at some stuff ...
In 1953, he moved north to Gary, Indiana where he briefly played drums in Jimmy Reed's band and on several of Reed's early recordings. In Gary, he recorded his first single ("Bad Luck Blues" backed with "Be On Your Merry Way")*, for Parrot Records. The record sold a few copies, but made no significant impact and Parrot did not request any follow-up records or sign King to a long-term contract. In 1954, he returned to Osceola and re-joined the Groove Boys for two years.
Sweet Blood of Jesus, Pope, get lost w/ your breeding bullshit. A person unconsumed by greed wonders how one could believe that w/o only two, three billion sacks o' undifferentiated tissue wandering the earth "civilization" will come to an end; the belief is in two boss-frightening words: "Labor shortage". If the bosses had to pay living wages civilization as they know & prefer it would be at an end. Keep giving the man everything he needs, including your first-born, proletarian sheep.
Cretinous is indeed too good a word for these inane drones. I hope their grand-children eat them after all the animals, fish, birds & plants have been eaten. Humanoids vs. insects in the ultimate battle for survival!!
An entire generation cast adrift on an ice floe. They're murdering us, but we aren't allowed to think of killing them in self-defense. You will all deserve whatever you get (or don't get).
Weighed in at a solid (I am neither liquid nor gaseous ... well, perhaps a bit gassy, & we are, in fact rather than inane rambling, walking bags o' water.) 212 lbs. (96.16 kilos) on the croaker's scale in early March; before leaving Sodom & Glendora today I clocked in at 84 kilos (185.188 U.S. lbs.) per the bed scale. No idea which is more accurate, but I wasn't encumbered w/ many threads while in the bed. That's 27 lbs. (12.247 kg) (I hope I'll never see again) that I lost having my behavior "modified" for recycling reusing stealing copying Eddie Murphy's paper. Does every cloud have a silver lining?
Not angry, but quite disappointed in each & every one of you eight billion bastards. (That's a lot of bastards.)
Once this piece of shit hits 18 (3 May 2025) it's history. Get out there & support yourself, you lazy ingrate!! 18 yrs. & this is what I get? Really?
Speaking of dates, one might expect even the literal-minded to have noted the effing date on this item, to wit: 1 APRIL 2025.
Suspicion two here seems correct, as the upstairs neighbors (scummy litterbugs that they may be) obviously weren't responsible for my recent absence. And since 27 Feb. they'd done nothing to make me suspect them. So if the anonymous squealer hadn't squealed I wouldn't have typed a damn word about them on April Fools day & then had a poor reaction to the police knocking on my door.
There is also Trump’s apparent fascination with President William McKinley, who held office from 1897 to 1901, at a time when high tariffs concentrated wealth in the hands of industrialists while workers and farmers, as well as their families, faced injury, hunger, and homelessness from dangerous working conditions, low wages and commodity prices, and seasonal factory closings.
Trump has frequently claimed those years were the nation’s wealthiest, and today he helped to explain his focus on that era when he referred to the 1913 Revenue Act, a law that has angered the right wing for decades. That act began the process of replacing the high tariffs of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries with an income tax, thus shifting the burden of funding the treasury from ordinary Americans through tariffs to wealthier Americans through the income tax. At least some of Trump’s tariff plans seem tied to his enthusiasm for tax cuts on wealthy individuals and corporations.
But in trying to reestablish the financial patterns of the late nineteenth century—patterns that led to profound economic instability in the U.S., including economic crashes—Trump is undermining the system of global trade that has fostered international cooperation since World War II. CNN global economic analyst Rana Foroohar told CNN’s John Vause: “This is Trump saying … I am going to overturn globalization as we’ve known it.” She added: “I’m hoping it doesn’t push the U.S. and the world into recession.”
I hope it's the Final Depression, that it kills billions & leaves the survivors wishing they, too, were among the dead.
The secret message today is hate, pain, rage & anxiety, you lying rat bastards. Also depression & general numbness. How do people live in this world, surrounded by horrifying pseudo-human flesh robots? Not to mention the metal & electronic robots.
Fuck you, slumlords. You're dead, every last one of you.Might as well kill the upstairs neighbors while I'm on my spree, & why stop before everyone else on the planet is rotting meat? Is there any point to your continued existence? Any reason whatsoever? Not in this reporter's book.
"Direct assault on our building" would be a more accurate description. The actual values of the right should be attacked.
Say, what's an attack on the United States Capitol building during election certification but an assault on "our values"? The ones Republicans & other Nazis don't share?
And how is arson against tyranny not a Constitutionally-approved Second Amendment remedy & right?
"Arson", of course, is a deliberate act, so the creeps are redundant as well as whiny. Just shut up, already.
I've a sneaking suspicion that most older wretches will not do a damned thing to stop any of this, but will just bend over & take it, the same way they bent over & took it from their bosses for the yrs. it took to pay into Social Security. Apparently it's no longer our money & we can go fuck ourselves.
Pension arrived. I'll be able to afford something more than noodles over the wknd. Or should I continue economising on the assumption there won't be Social Security, this month or the next? But why bother then, won't be enough for rent no matter how much I save. Not to mention that w/ Trumpflation the pension may not be enough for a month's food anyway. Human existence really is a completely pathetic joke, isn't it?
Other option is saving to afford a gun or two & plenty of ammunition. If the choice is eat or defend oneself, I know which side I'm on.
It may not be necessary if the lawyers all cave, & there's little indication most of them won't. To the camps or the psychiatric institutions, Soviet style, w/ the rest.
I s'pose when this happened during & after WWII w/ B-17s, B-24s, B-29s & B-36s it was all a plot of the Roosevelt, Truman & Eisenhower Admins.?[Raw Story]
