Here's a non-surprise: The package FedEx claimed would be here tomorrow, New Yr.'s Day, will not be here, although it arrived in City of Industry at 1450 today; it is now reported it'll arrive between 1120 & 1520 Fri. the 2nd.
Can this be chalked up to Artificial Stupidity & robo-ignorance?
