9-1-1 Is A Joke

Actually, all policing is a sad fucking joke. They can't stop crime, nor can they solve crime.

But they're pretty damn good at criminal acts against their employers, the citizens of this country, & at talking shit.
To kill, or not to kill: I figure the odds be 50-50.
