The manufacturer wants US$25.95 for the original plain structure.And what was spent on details & surroundings? The door lights are $17.00 MSRP, & a good 80-odd dollars for the pole lights, 'though there'd be two left over. That length of "chain link fence" not inexpensive either. Even the vents & miscellany lying about could total 20+ bucks.
Not judging at all, for once. (Although some weathering would be the final improvement.) I could judge the companies, but it's a niche market divided into many smaller niches & I doubt any huge fortunes are being made.
