Sumbitch nepo-baby slumlord left a note on the door yesterday advising they'd be here for "agreed-upon repairs", which is lying bullshit as there's been no agreement on a damned thing; I was told I needed to call SoCalGas myself & ask them to look at the heater. And also some "inspection" bullshit. (If I can get the fucking piece of shit H-P printer connected again I'll scan the form.) Last Feb. they pulled the same crap, w/ the same 0900-1600 window, because they are incompetent idiots who can't even schedule themselves. So incapable they didn't even show up, & had to post another "We are coming to harass you" form. I despise these people!
And this yr. not one of the fucking idiots has shown as of 1543, & I'm going out. Luckily for them, as I've been sitting here w/ a claw hammer & blade just waiting for them to walk in. Guns my ass, I need nothing but my hands to kill. (Hammers & blades not necessary, but do ease the job.) Chew on that, informers & police!!
