The line was as long when I went by an hr. later. I went for ballot drop off (& to check turn-out & atmosphere) not to stand in line for many mins. to make one mark on a ballot.
The shopping cart & its owner are usually ensconced in the door, which is an emergency exit except when the Y is being used as a "voting center". Remember when they were "polling places"?
This didn't make me no never mind no how.
