Beating The System Saturday

I was very disappointed when none of you chickenshit asshole informants bothered to call the police about this threat to vandalize private property. (Oh, the horror!) Hint: It was an idle threat. Are you jerkwads wising up yet, or are your heads still firmly ensconced in your sad asses?

Anyhoo, the paint, & this cork, were purchased to beat the cork roadbed shortage in the model railroad industry.
Cork, in rolls or sheets, was offered as a less expensive (& easily available) source, 'though you must bevel your own edges. (Haven't even nicked myself yet.) Seems to work.
And I read or heard that this paint would be a tolerable substitute
for actual ballasting, which seems like a pain in the ass & an infernal drag. This pirate wants you to buy that 10 quid a bag stuff.I may have to buy some of their track painting pens, or find a cheaper equivalent.

And this guy's under 50, so points to him.O.K., where does one get road gravel? (I remember spending hrs. shoveling & raking gravel all over the driveway, parking area & all the paths of the ancestral estate once when I was eight or nine. Pretty sure a dump truck just dumped a pile of gravel at the gate.)No, can't get a bag o' gravel cheap. Effit, the Rust-oleum® looks fine.
The DCC Guy's pretty thorough, if you missed anything.
