Spinning through the channels last night I stopped on Ride Clear of Diablo, an Audie Murphy programmer made interesting by Dan Duryea, one of the all-time cinematic psychos, doing a version of Batman villain The Joker some 10 yrs. before Cesar Romero gave the character its first screen portrayal.
My attention was then grabbed by the English-dubbed version of Gojira 2000: Millenium, ゴジラ2000 ミレニアム (Gojira Nisen: Mireniamu), a back-to-the-roots take from Toho Studios in reaction to Legendary's Godzilla films. Not a round-eye to be seen in this one.
