I was expecting howls of "Terrorism!" in reaction to this, but Maryland's Governor is not 100% white, & appointed a D.E.I. consultant to the Baltimore Port Commission, so internal cultural enemies may be blamed.

As is well known, the Port Commissioners are directly & personally responsible for preventing engine failures in the port.

Did Rep. Lyman blame Giuliani & all the wop-a-dago D.E.I. for the events of 11 Sep't. 2001? Probably not. A Mormon, an accountant, & a convicted trespasser who was pardoned by Trump. I.e., brain-dead.
