Law Enforcement Officers Spread Holiday Cheer with Hospital Visits

This reporter assumed it would be some fat deputy in a shitty Santa suit, & would probably scare children, rather than cheer them. Not even.
Law enforcement agencies throughout Riverside County began a two-day “Holiday Cheer” campaign in the Coachella Valley Tuesday, parading around hospitals in patrol units with lights and sirens in an effort to lift the spirits of staff and patients.
In what world is oinkers cruising your parking lot while spewing pollutants into the atmosphere & adding to noise & light pollution "cheering"? I'd think it would irritate, if not frighten patients. Fucking police have absolutely no idea,
do they?
