Dark & Flash-Lit

How AT&T maintains the 'phone & iNternet. Sunday, past 1900, wide open, no one working on it. And the same an hr. or so later on our return journey. Is there no more competence or ability?
If your shithole planet weren't covered in security cameras I might go back w/ a pair of snippers & cut everybody's screen time. A shame I haven't any flammable liquids available.
