Current Economic Slump II
No hope this will ever be a Denny's® again.
We've a suspicion that an office tower was planned here, as the gas station next door disappeared a couple yrs. ago & there's a subway stop across the street, but w/ the office real estate market going through post-plague adjustments, it may just become a homeless encampment.
