Hook & Ladder
No idea what this was about. False alarm? Wondering if there was a camera on the end of the ladder; certainly wasn't a human. Several pieces of F.D. gear arrived, blocking eastbound traffic on Third, but didn't stick around (possibly because the street was already filled w/ apparatus) as this was going on.
