    That looks like a suicide by cop. If that guy wanted to shoot that photographer, he could have. But he didn't. Also after he was shot, there were cops giving him first aid, maybe. I don't think that if he had been black the cops would have been helping him. Just another dead, insane veteran, with nothing left to lose but his life.
