101 Freeway reopens after discovery of body forces lane closures during rush hour
The northbound 101 Freeway though the Cahuenga Pass has reopened several hours after authorities discovered a body in the roadway, which forced lane closures during rush hour early Wednesday.
Body Found on Ventura Freeway in Woodland Hills
A body was found Wednesday on the northbound Ventura (101) Freeway in the Woodland Hills area, prompting closure of the roadway while an investigation was conducted into the circumstances of the death.
The body was discovered about 5:30 a.m. near Mulholland Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol.
