Guess so, if the military's now filled w/ the testosterone-injecting kind of war criminal depicted in the previous item.

And commissioned by Congress, you say? The very same Congress that so loves ~~bribes~~ campaign contributions from defense contractors? Well I'll be damned, & possibly to a nuclear hell.

(Apparently Fri. will be "Day 666" of the current admin. Ominous portent? I certainly hope so.)
